We are a Gold Coast based, mission-driven VA agency that matches skilled Filipino virtual assistants with Australian businesses. Every placement we make supports a local community initiative, so the work you do here goes beyond the job description.
We are growing our team and looking for a talented, switched-on VA with real estate experience to support our Australian clients in the property space.
About the Role
This is a remote, client-facing support role where you will be embedded into an Australian real estate business, helping them run smoothly behind the scenes. You will be the person who keeps things organised, follows up consistently, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You will work directly with real estate agents, buyer's agents, or property managers, providing support across three core areas: admin, systems, and marketing.
What You Will Be Doing
✓ Admin and Operations
✓ Inbox and calendar management
✓ Preparing listing documents, contracts, and correspondence
✓ Data entry and database management
✓ Coordinating appointments, inspections, and settlements
✓ Client and vendor follow-up
Systems and CRM
✓ Managing and updating CRM platforms (REX, Agentbox, Console Cloud or similar)
✓ Building and maintaining workflows and SOPs
✓ Keeping client records accurate and up to date
✓ Supporting the setup and maintenance of business systems
Marketing and Social Media
✓ Creating and scheduling social media content
✓ Preparing property marketing materials using Canva
✓ Writing captions, newsletters, and email campaigns
✓ Assisting with listing promotions and digital content
What We Are Looking For
✓ Previous experience supporting an Australian real estate business (essential)
✓ Familiarity with real estate CRM tools and property management software
✓ Strong written and verbal English communication skills
✓ Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, and project management tools such as Trello or ClickUp
✓ Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
✓ Comfortable working Australian business hours
✓ A genuine interest in doing work that makes a difference
