Socially Empowered VA is hiring on behalf of a client looking for an AI-native Virtual Assistant who can work beyond traditional admin support.

This role is for someone who understands AI tools deeply, thinks in systems, and can turn ideas, prompts, workflows, and outputs into real business assets.

About the Role

You will support the client with automation, AI-assisted content creation, workflow building, marketing assets, and day-to-day operational support. The right person should be confident using AI tools, comfortable learning quickly, and able to think through problems without needing every step explained.

Key Responsibilities

✓ Build and maintain automation workflows

✓ Use AI tools to create brand-aligned content and visuals

✓ Work with AI and API outputs to create usable deliverables

✓ Support marketing campaigns and content promotion

✓ Identify repeatable tasks and suggest better systems

✓ Help reduce friction in the founder’s daily operations

Ideal Candidate

✓ Experienced using AI tools, especially Claude Code

✓ Can show real AI workflows they have built

✓ Strong logical and systems-based thinker

✓ Comfortable reading and working with API outputs

✓ Able to create on-brand visuals and marketing assets using AI

✓ English-speaking, presentable, and comfortable being on camera

✓ Reliable, proactive, and able to think on the spot

✓ Has a backup device/internet connection

Arrangement

✓ Starts part-time

✓ Opportunity to move into full-time for the right candidate

✓ Direct client relationship, with support from Socially Empowered VA during onboarding and placement

✓ Short 2-hour paid/unpaid test project may be required to assess capability
